Integrations

Connect HubSpot, Fireflies, Slack, and Gmail to enrich accounts and broaden what Airhop can answer from.

Integrations connect Airhop to the rest of your stack. Some add knowledge the agent can answer from; others enrich your accounts and health. You connect them from the Connectors page in the dashboard, grouped into workspace knowledge and customer data.

Slack

Adds team knowledge. Connect Slack to ingest the message history from your team channels so Airhop can answer from what your team already knows. After connecting, you pick which channels to ingest, and each becomes a knowledge source that re-syncs on its cadence (every few hours).

Slack also serves as a handover channel: an escalation can be posted to a thread, and your team's reply in that thread relays back to the customer.

Gmail

Adds support knowledge. Connect Gmail (read-only) to learn from past support emails. Airhop ingests the emails as knowledge so the agent can answer from how your team has handled similar questions before. You can scope it with a query, and it re-syncs hourly.

HubSpot

Enriches accounts. Connect HubSpot to bring your CRM into Airhop. It syncs companies into accounts (matched by domain), links contacts by email, and pulls commercial fields like renewal date, ARR, owner, and deal stage. This is what feeds account-level signals such as the renewal-approaching trigger.

Fireflies

Enriches health with call signal. Connect Fireflies to pull meeting transcripts, summaries, and sentiment. Airhop links each call to the right account and contact by attendee email, and shows the summaries on the account. The latest call sentiment feeds the health score, and a negative call can trigger a playbook. Gong is supported the same way for call summaries.

How connecting works

HubSpot, Fireflies, Gmail, and Gong connect through Composio's managed OAuth: you click Connect, authorize in a popup, and the connection is stored against your workspace. Slack connects through its own OAuth and then asks you to choose channels.

Knowledge connectors (Slack, Gmail) make the agent answer from more sources. Customer-data connectors (HubSpot, Fireflies, Gong) make accounts and health richer. They are complementary, connect whichever match your stack.
